Mustard & Moxie has taken the Safe Spaces Pledge from the Safe Spaces Alliance. This initiative was created to curate safe spaces for the LGBTQ+ community in Long Beach, California by highlighting LGBTQ+ and ally-owned businesses. Though Mustard & Moxie does not have a brick-and-mortar presence, we offer a virtual safe space to all, regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity.

This means:

• We welcome LGBTQ+ folks as clients, partners, employees, contractors, and friends.
• We understand that our allyship to the LGBTQ+ community is a lifelong process and requires unlearning prejudices engrained in us by our hetero-normative culture.
• We encourage our clients to be LGBTQ-inclusive in their marketing practices and connect them to resources that can help them achieve this.
